What happens if I miss the delivery? If you miss your delivery, the package will be sent bask to our local Royal Mail Sorting Office and a card will be left at your place informing you of how to collect the package. In order to retrieve the package, you need to bring along form of ID card which could be your driving license, passport or utility bill.
Can I change my delivery address? In order to ensure safe transit of goods directly to your place, we do not take an alternative address other than the one where the customers’ bank details are registered.

Can I cancel my Pay-Monthly contract? After you have placed your order and gone through the terms and conditions, you have entered into a 12 months contract that starts from the day of connection. You have the right to cancel the contract and return the goods up to 7 days after connection. Once this period is over, you cannot end the contract unless you pay the remaining months’ line rental.
